Job Description
Due to our expansion, we are looking to hire Recruiters to join our Team at our HQ in Cyprus and in our new office in Ireland.
- Draft, revise, finalize, and post all job descriptions on AviaMRT’s website and elsewhere;
- Complete initial application reviews;
- Design screening processes for all roles;
- Coordinate and manage interview process
- Facilitate weekly update meetings; and
- Draft, send, and manage offer letter processes.
Required Qualification:
- Minimum 1year recruiting / sourcing experience
- Bachelor / Master’s degree on Human Resources or Business Administration will be appreciated
- Fluency in English (written & spoken)
- Proficiency with computer software programs
- Social Media
- Willing to travel
